氢氢酶和某种无色的化合物固定于滤纸滤纸 上制成。当尿液 滴加到酶试纸试纸 上时时,尿液中的葡萄糖在葡萄糖氧化酶 的催化作用下生成葡萄糖酸和过过氧化氢氢,过过氧化氢氢在 酶的催化作用下形成水和原子氧,原子氧可以将试纸试纸 上无色的化合物氧化成有色化合物,使试纸试纸 呈现现特定 的颜颜色,再与标标准比色卡比对对,即可知道尿样样中葡萄 糖的含量。 and Hyperthermia Associated
